Stairs serving residents of Echo Park turn scary after sundown...

Bellevue Avenue stairs between Glendale Blvd and Belmont Avenue



What would be a nice walk down to Echo Park Lake becomes a scary dark journey which may be populated by drug-users, prostitute seekers, and other shady characters.
