Local Artists organize an Echo Park Artist Market

A new venue for local artist to show their wares is premiering on Friday, January 30th at the MCAU Gallery, 220 Glendale Blvd from 6pm to 9pm. 3.8 Square Mile Proposed Safety Zone Gang Injunction Hearing.

     Community residents, leaders, activists, police officers, and members of City Attorney Mike Feuer's office all got together Monday evening, August19th, in the auditorium at  Holy Virgin Mary Orthodox Cathedral, 650 Micheltorena Street to talk about a proposed street gang injunction to combat area crime.

Glendale Blvd. Gang injuction public hearing - will affect Silver Lake, Frogtown, HiFi and Echo Park

The Silver Lake Neighborhood Council's Public Safety Committee is hosting a public forum regarding the Glendale Blvd. Corridor (Echo Park) Gang Injunction Project.
