Bored of treadmills and ellipticals? Then come join the funnest samba class in town for a much more exciting way to get in your cardio! Don't worry if you're not skilled, beginners are welcome in this all-level class. Absolutely no experience required. The class is for all genders and ages, so bring all your friends and family! Also, this is NOT a samba ballroom class, so there is no need for a partner! It is Brazilian samba combined with cardio fitness. The class dances the Samba, Axe, Baile Funk, Capoeira and so much more. Be prepared to sweat with workout clothes, a towel, and plenty of water!
