Classical Revolution's monthly Happy Hour series, popular with artists, hipsters and Silver Lake residents of all types, features Dúo del Sol in August.  Deemed “avant sonic acrobats” by the LA Weekly, Dúo del Sol’s music sparkles with kinetic energy. Their expansive style can be compared to the likes of Radiohead while their raw energy conjures up the spirits of Reinhardt and Grappelli. Based in Los Angeles, violinist Javier Orman and guitarist Tom Farrell excite audiences and bring energy and passion to the stage with their original music.

Classical Revolution: Los Angeles brings fun and engaging chamber music shows to relaxed, accessible venues throughout the greater Los Angeles area.  Called an "addictive new series" by Mark Swed of the L.A. Times, concerts are performed at coffee shops, bars, clubs and even outdoors! Classical Revolution was founded in 2006 at the Revolution Cafe in San Francisco.  The Classical Revolution model has spread around the world, with nearly 30 active chapters in cities around the US, Canada and Europe.
