I wonder if there are other small business owners our there who need an effective website, but can't really find anyone to do it? That is my situation, and inch by inch, I'm starting to make progress. The problem is that most of the 'how to' articles that I've found are either too simple, or too technical. That also applies to the 'design' part of web design (rather than the technical part. While there are few good web design tips type articles, most of what I encounter are photoshop related.

So, if anyone out there knows of good material for those learning web design, please share them!
