Tired of the treadmill? Restless from sitting in traffic? Come swim it out with us at Southern California Aquatics Swim Club (adults only). No swimming experience needed, you do not need to be an Olympian, or even a former competitive swimmer. We have workouts for every skill level, and our practices can fit most work schedules. Mornings are at Echo Park Plunge at 6:00 am T/W/Th/F, afternoons at USC, 12:00 pm M/W/F and evenings at USC, 6:00 pm M/T/Th. Practices are an hour long.
