Metro and Caltrans have collaborated with local communities to identify a solution that will help manage traffic flow, improve safety and enhance pedestrian mobility in the project area where the SR-2 terminus connects with Glendale Bl.

In December 2010, the Metro Board approved a hybrid
alternative as the Locally Preferred Alternative (LPA) to move forward. The hybrid alternative combines various features from the range of alternatives considered in previous studies and reflects the input received. Please plan to attend the next community meeting to learn the latest developments on the SR-2 Terminus Improvement Project. A short presentation will be provided and project staff will be available to answer your questions.
