The eclectic neighborhood of Elysian Valley transforms into an art dream with “pop-up” galleries, studios and impromptu art venues featuring the work of local artists/artisans. Live art/dance/written word performances, six stages of musical acts, night insect viewing, balloon mapping, pedestrian cabs, hula hooping contest, chalk wall and more. Free.
