12/21 in LA: Demonic-Cat-Fancy-Space-Conjunction-Portal Celebration

Just announced, Sancho Gallery in Echo Park (1549 Sunset Blvd., 90026) will host a celebration of the impending apocalyptic conjunction. The musical group Thee Fancy Space People will perform a rock set based upon adapted versions of Mayan transition ceremonies. There will be a lecture with slideshow on the history of demonic possession of cats by Dr. Paul Koudounaris, author of the best-selling Empire of Death. A special musical headliner (cannot be announced, but not to be missed) will be on hand to culminate the evening and help restructure the subatomic particles of the celebrants on hand.
